I felt like cooking something yummy and healthy but simple for my husband and also a friend who stayed over our place. Never tried before but I thought hmmm… maybe I should try salmon. Normally, I only eat raw salmon but I realised recently that I began to like grilled salmon and after cooking it myself, I really think grilled salmon cooked with the right timing is delicious. This is seriously fast and easy! To complement the salmon, I made some instant cous cous as well.
1 x 200g salmon steak
1/4 tsp salt
a pinch of ground pepper
1 tsp of thyme
1 tbsp butter
1. Rub the salmon with salt, pepper and thyme.
2. Melt butter in a pan.
3. Place the salmon and grill about 3mins on each side.
4. Squeeze some lemon and serve hot.
