If you want home-cooked food, yet want something easy to make, yet and healthy… fish is a great option. Pan-fried salmon. This dish can be prepared in just 30mins (or less).
1 salmon steak
some fresh herbs, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
a dash of freshly grounded pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil
1. Marinade the salmon steak with herbs, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice and pepper for 20mins.
2. Heat a small pan with oil over medium heat.
3. Pan-fry the salmon for 3-4mins on all 4 sides.
4. Serve hot with rice.
